How WaleoPay uses your information

Information WaleoPay keeps

• The email you use to sign in, or your Google or Telegram account when you sign in with one of them.
• The country you choose once for your account.
• Your sends, requests, person-to-person operations, and card movements.
• The name and photo you upload.

Information WaleoPay does not keep

WaleoPay does not keep the complete secret information needed to move your money.

Your session

The single waleopay_session cookie keeps you signed in.

WaleoPay uses Google measurement to know which screens are used and which actions are taken. Google stores its own cookie. We send the shape of the screen, not the exact address, so Google never receives amounts, codes or names.

Services that receive information

• Dynamic, at app.dynamicauth.com, manages sign-in and the account used to enter WaleoPay.
• Lithic provides the virtual card.
• Telegram is used when you sign in or send through Telegram.
• Google receives product usage measurement, with no amounts, codes or names.
• Sentry receives the product failures so they can be fixed. It gets what broke and on which screen, using the screen template rather than the exact address, with no amounts, codes, emails or names.

What you can do

• Change your name and photo from Profile.
• Sign out on every device from Security.
• Request account erasure. It is scheduled for seven days later, closes open sessions, removes sign-in identities, name and photo, and replaces personal details in retained card and person-to-person records.
